Terms and Conditions

We don’t hold, or have contact with any credit or debit card information. We deliberately use one of the world most secure financial servers for our transactions.

We do not use cookies other than to review our websites performance in order to improve its content and loading speeds.

We will hold postage information for one year in order to ensure your product has a transaction should you loose your receipt.

We will not pass on or sell your information to any other sources.

We aim to give great service and products although unfortunately we have to protect ourselves with these T’s and C’s. We want you to enjoy your product and your dealings with us and that will be our first goal in the event of any product failure.

We will refund your product should it develop a fault through normal use within the first year if we can’t repair or exchange for a similar specification product.

The value of your product is the amount you have paid for the product at the time of purchase.

We will not refund or exchange any goods that have been abused, modified, or used outside of the manufactures instructions.

We reserve the right to have the goods inspected in the event of a fault before a refund or exchange will take place.

We will not refund or exchange if your product becomes cosmetically damaged unless this is a result of a mechanical fault.

We will not replace, refund, repair or exchange as a result of user replaceable components such as batteries or light bulbs.

We may email you from time to time with offers and deals in the Ghost Store (this will not be every week)

All products purchased via the ghost store will be dispatched using the Royal Mail, a tracking number will be sent to you on dispatch of your goods. It is not possible to arrange to collect items.

EVENTS and Ghost Hunts

We offer a period of up to 8 weeks before an event to have a full refund on deposits or full bookings for events. After this time it will not be possible to refund the deposit or full booking.

We are happy to transfer a booking to another event or ghost hunt up until a month before the original booked event. After this it will not be possible to transfer a booking.

We do not send out physical tickets, your booking is recored on a guest list which we will have with us when we welcome you to the event.

We will send out full joining information a week before the event takes place, any questions you may have before then about the event we welcome via email, phone or via the contact page.

Our events are advertised as over 18’s If you are a parent and would like to bring your son or daughter who may be under 18 please contact us before booking via email, phone or our contact page.

We provide refreshments on events if you are gluten intolerant or vegan please let us know in advance so we can make sure we have something for you.

We do not permit alcohol on our events and we would ask you not to consume alcohol before the event either. While it may be fun for you to be on the high from a couple of drinks its not great for people on your team and it doesn’t aid trying to collect any evidence in terms of ghost 🙂 Drugs are also not permitted and of course we reserve the right to exclude any persons suspected of being under the influance of the above.
