Join us at The Old Hop Farm — Looking for Ghosts.
The site dates back over 450 years, with commercial hop cultivation starting in the mid‑16th century.
There have been many sightings of ghosts from the people who work there today and visitors to the site. Many have witnessed the old hop pickers going about their business, and there is the ghost of a lady broken‑hearted at the disappearance of her love — witnessed over the years.
As always, the mission will be to collect evidence using a mix of up‑to‑date and traditional methods, with the latest ghost‑hunting equipment such as thermal imaging, infrared cameras, electromagnetic field meters, Ghost‑Ark, and more. No experiment is compulsory — we do our best to identify who the ghosts are, and why they haunt this location through in‑depth data analysis after the event.
This overnight investigation is exclusive, with very limited places available. The cost for the night is £59 per person. Arrive at 8:30 PM. The night will finish around 1:00 AM, by which time you will have experienced this truly historic monument in a way you simply can’t on any other night. You will be an investigator, with the chance to try a mixture of traditional techniques and modern technology — to decide for yourselves:
